By using LifeShift you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

What LifeShift is

LifeShift is a paid app with a 3-day free trial. It helps you commit to a small set of promises for the next day, tick them off during the day, and close every evening with a guided day review. Continued use after the trial requires an active subscription.

Your data

Your reviews and promises belong to you. You can export them at any time from the app, and you can permanently delete your account and all of your data from Settings → Data → Delete account & all data. We process them to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you sign in with Apple, your data is attached to your account and synced across your devices.

Reminders

LifeShift sends at most one reminder per day: a gentle 9am push in your local time, and only when yesterday's review hasn't been completed yet. No other notifications are sent. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.

Subscriptions & billing

LifeShift is an auto-renewable subscription. The purchase flow in the app shows the subscription name, length, and price before you buy.

• LifeShift Monthly — $6.99 per month, billed monthly, auto-renewing.
• LifeShift Yearly — $44.99 per year, billed yearly, auto-renewing (about $3.75 per month).
• A 3-day free trial applies to new subscribers. It auto-renews into a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Payment is processed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be managed or canceled at any time in your Apple account Settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
• No refunds for partially used periods; refunds are handled by Apple's standard policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).

All of the app's content and features — day reviews, promises, history, and cloud backup — require an active subscription after the free trial.

Fair use

Do not attempt to access another user's data, abuse the service, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

Availability

LifeShift is provided "as is" without warranties. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
